    Hello Nuaim,
B.Tech is a graduate degree and MBA is a post graduate degree. So, the person having a combo of both the qualifications will be paid higher than a person having just an engineering degree and a person having MBA degree after a simple BA.
With this combination, the candidates will be able to make the optimum utilization of the technical skills, which are acquired while in the engineering. The managerial skills will help him to use the technical skills.

A whole lot of benefits are there to go for a MBA or management degree after B.Tech. It always helps to know the work done by your subordinates in details rather than a layman. Moreover, a good analytical skill amassed during your B.Tech will help you during your MBA studies.
Better salary, better career progression and more diverse job prospects are other benefits which are very obvious. So yes, if you have a thing for MBA, then go for it after B.Tech. You won't go wrong in that decision.

This career ladder is very common. Most of the B.Tech students who are looking for non-technical career options prefer MBA as a career choice. If you succeed to get a good B-School after clearing CAT or MAT you'll get high level management jobs in esteemed organizations. Depending on your major, you'll get following jobs:
Intern or management trainee in organizations like GOOGLE, Microsoft etc. Mid-level management -
    Marketing manager
    HR Manager
    Finance manager.
