They may also join the Armed Forces! Healthcare setups are the main recruiters. Nurses possessing PG Degree may even work at nursing schools/institutes as educators. Indian nurses have an ocean of opportunity abroad! Qualified Indian nurses are in huge demand in developed countries like the USA, the UK, New Zealand, Australia and other European Nations. Abroad, the pay package is much better than what it is in India.
