What are the Benefits of International Exposure at LPU?

The LPU has tie ups with over 150 international universities. LPU has a separate Division of International affairs which facilitates this. Credit Transfer Program: International credit transfer programs allow students to move to a foreign partner university after spending generally half of the program duration at LPU. In such a case a student gets the final degree from the foreign partner university. It is extremely cost-effective because you start the degree at LPU and save by paying only two-year fees or one-year fees of the foreign partner university. Semester Exchange Program: In the semester exchange program, students get an opportunity to study a full semester at our partner universities around the world and finish their degree at LPU. From living in a foreign country with a different cultural setting to staying with foreigners, a semester abroad is like getting an international education in 5 months. Summer/Winter Study Abroad Program: These programs generally happen in the summer vacations or winter vacations of the academic year. A summer/winter study program offers courses, both academic and non-academic. Students can have the best of both worlds, international exposure without disturbing their academic schedule. Courses usually last from one to six weeks. International internships opportunities: Through this, students can spend the last year of their degree or their last semester at a foreign university or company. Make new friends. Summers Schools are attended by students around the world hence meeting new people and making new friends. Connections with the faculty for your higher education. Budget-Friendly. Such visits help a student to learn about the culture of a new country and also in exploring the available opportunities. In these programmes the visits are generally for a period of 2 to 4 weeks.
