The Officers' Training Academy (OTA) trains short-service officers and is an attractive option due to the following benefits: 1. You will get a fixed stipend during training at OTA, which is Rs. 56,100 per month. 2. You can reach the rank of Lieutenant Colonel after completing 13 years of service.
