well, M. Com is just a post graduate programme and nobody cares if you have a post graduate degree in commerce in a job market. yes if you want to go for government or teaching job, M.Com may help you.
as far as MBA concern, if you do it from top B schools, you will get a better paid job, better sa

College does not matter. M.Com is more of an academically accepted qualification. It doesn't have any value in the corporate world.
