What are the benefits of opting A levels and HSC from the career point of view in India?

In india, A levels are recognised by many universities but not all but slowly the trend is changing. The major issue is that most of the admissions for undergrad are closed by august and it becomes difficult for IGCSE students to apply. The subject combinations also becomes a challenge sometime as the streams are fixed in india unlike abroad.
