PGD in guidance & counselling or postgraduate Diploma in guidance and counselling is a 1 to the 3-year Diploma course after Bachelor courses teaching ways on how to guide and do the counseling of students. The eligibility criteria for the course post graduate Diploma in guidance and counselling is to have a Bachelors degree with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognised institute. The admission process for the post graduate Diploma in guidance and counselling is to clear entrance exams taken by colleges and universities. The entrance exams are CAT XAT GMAT etc. The Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling aims to counsel and guide the young generation for defining their career path ahead. It also helps to develop the understanding and competencies required to counsel students, especially in their adolescence. This programme consists of Six Course with five days workshops. To my knowledge, LPU conducts LPU NEST for all the programmes. LPU NEST is National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to various programmes in Lovely Professional University. This test forms the basis of eligibility and scholarship for most of the programmes and for some of the programmes test is applicable only for scholarship. For most of the programmes, it serves both the purposes. As per the official website of LPU, the Schedule for LPU NEST has been started for all the programmes for this current session I. e 2022. As far as Scholarship is concerned, the amount of scholarship depends on the fee of the programme, date of admission and performance of the student in LPU NEST. 2. Fill the details
3. Choose the programme
4. Apply for LPUNEST
5. Make the payment for LPU NEST and Book the slot for the Exam I. e date and time for the exam as per your availability.
6. Appear and Qualify the LPU NEST and wait for Result
7. Participate in Online Counselling and Seat Allotment Process if applicable
