Your first task is to list down your strengths and weakness. Just to cite an example, your strengths could be, excellent oral communication skills, powerful listener, team player, effective time management, and so on. Likewise, your weakness could be, short tempered, lacking time management, procrastination and so on. You have to be brutally honest with yourself. If you have someone who knows you professionally for a long time, his inputs will be valuable. Your next step is to look at functions which match your skill sets. If I want to make my career in sales, the basic prerequisites are, excellent oral communication & listening skills

Arun, you can look at Design careers. Design is a field that is age old and has been evolving every year like science. You can be a story writer who writes for live and animated screens or even roll the story into a video/ pc game. you can be a script writer who would stop at nothing to gi

MBA and M Com are certainly preferred choices. Those who wish private practice do seem to pursue courses like CA. CWA. CS etc. In film media and Mass Communication, a PG Diploma or Post Graduation in Mass Communication or journalism will be good. Film Technologies and Acting courses will help you get a nod in the media industry. An MBA in media management is certainly not a bad idea if you are desirous.
