The best option would be to appear for PMT exam, get good marks so that you can get into a Govt medical college of repute. This would be least expensive as far as medical education is concerned.

There are a huge number of MBBS aspirants every year (about 30 lac students) and very few MBBS seats (only 30 thousand).
You can get admission for MBBS in India if you are very rich. Otherwise you can join the thousands of students who proceed to the Russian Federation every year to pursue MBBS.
