What are the best combinations for media studies (ug) after class 12 in india ? for top insitutes.

Currently in class 12 (comm) i am confused for which course should i go for in the field of media,since its having numerous options and combinations for u.g. and please can anyone suggest the good institutes for courses in media which can later on provide scope for postgraduation abroad.
