    Hi Kirti,
    For 11th CBSE Physics and Chemistry, you may choose to refer "Lakhmir Singh - Manjeet Kaur" or "Pradeep's or Pragati's" physics and chemistry.
    For Maths, you can refer to RS Aggarwal, RD Sharma or PK Garg.

    According to me best guide for any exam are non other than your text-books and previous years papers it will help you a lot. You can refer to the ncert books for better concept clearness and for solving questions for the practice purpose you can refer previous year question paper and ready made question sets from publishers

    For Maths you should go for Rd Sharma and in Physics Chemistry go for lakhmeer singh - manjit kaur.

    Hi Kirti, the best guides are:
    Physics SL Arora Physics or Pradeep's Physics or Modern ABC Physics
    Chemistry: Modern ABC Chemistry or Comprehensive Chemistry
    Mathematics: R. D Sharma (vol 1 & Vol 2)
    English: Oxford's Practice Book.

Well, if you have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, all three in your Bachelor's degree you should first understand and analyze that which subject you like the most and you are highly interested in. Then devote atleast a year and evaluate the scope of M.Sc in that particular subject, study it and then select the subject. Don't be in a rush, take your time.
