Hi Sandeep,Well there are very few good institutes offering a Bachelors degree in Mass Media. But as you asked this question, I would like to give you the details. Media is a broad field and has a lot to offer such as Journalism, Advertising, PR etc. where as visual communication is also a part of Mass Comm/ media. In the above link you can refine your search on the basis of your city preference.
Most of the institutes conduct their own entrance exams so I cannot assure the exact pattern but I can provide you all that you need to prepare. So starting with media I would suggest you to go through the newspapers everyday and make a note of all the good articles or important news that you come across. You have to mug up the punch lines of various good and famous brands and also their Brand ambassadors, mug up the punch lines of various good news channels because they might ask it. Also if possible try and read few books on GK and Current affairs, if you want you can refer to Manorama year Book which is a nice book for GK and Current affairs. Apart from all these you also have to practice a lot on writing articles because they might give you any topic to write or also a picture that you need describe so you need to write it in a creative manner and for that you need to think out of the box. Other than these you may also prepare on reading comprehension, grammar, etc. At the end i would say that the entrance is not that difficult and you can clear it easily and the interview depends on your caliber.

Hi Sandeep,
To enroll for a bachelor course in Media, the minimum requirement is a 12th pass, inclination towards media as a career stream and most importantly the communication skills.
There are a few good institutes offering these courses as rightly suggested by Aneeket and you can consider those for pursuing the course.
