What are the best institutes from where we can do online B.Tech. Courses in India?

Please don't pursue B.Tech in distance mode, these degrees have no value. This course requires proper lab training. As per supreme court's order and AICTE the governing body it's invalid. In supreme court's order, they said any online degree or in distance mode in B.Tech needs to be approved by AICT
