you can join Banks by Two ways One is you have to Clear Bank PO Exam Conducted by IBPS through Which you can become Probationary officer in Different Government Banks the basic pay Scale of bank Po is 12500 - 26500 Plus Allowances HRA , DA , TA E.T.C in hand it is Around 36500 Per month in hand. ot
