    Dear Pooja, First of all, there is no gender discrimination in the field of education and job, in fact, nowadays girls are pursuing Civil and Mechanical engineering. You can choose M.Tech if you want to be a teacher in the future else you can go for a job in the private or public sector. My friend did B.Tech and M.Tech from LPU and now working as an Assistant Professor in a college. The following are the highlights of Civil engineering in LPU: -
