What are the best private B.Sc. Agricultural colleges in the North?

My cousin brother is pursuing B.Sc (Hons)Agriculture from LPU itself. Unfortunately there are not much good private colleges for B.Sc. Agri. Few notable one are LPU ( ICAR accredited), Shoolini University, and many other less known private agri colleges in north india. LPU is best private university for agri. But it will cost little high.
