    First of all go through NCERT textbooks of class 11 and 12. For reference you can use
    Chemistry-
    Inorganic chemistry by O.P. Tandon
    Organic chemistry by M.C. Chouhan
    Physical chemistry by R.C. Mukherjee
    Physics-
    Concepts of physics by H.C. Verma
    Physics by D.C. Pandey from Arihant Publication
    Physics by I.E. Irodov
    Physics by Resnick,Halliday and Walker
    Maths-
    IIT JEE mathematics by M.L. Khanna
    TMH or Arihant publication books on mathematics for IIT JEE
    Book by S.L. Loney for coordinate geometry and trigonometry
