what are the books that can help me to crack post graduate mass communication entrance exams
i have passed b.com this year & now want 2 join a good mass com institution.but don't know about the questions that come in the exam.so help me by giving name of some books

There is no such specific mantra to crack the entrance. All you need to do is keep yourself updated with the current affairs! -

There are many books and other text references that you can refer for the preparation of the entrance exams. As there are main sections constituted with GK and Current Affairs, hence you can opt for Manorama year book or Pratiyogita Darpan / Success Mirror etc.

Shormistha, I am giving you different perspective. First you give the answer why do you want to do Mass Comm course as you are commerce graduate. I found many students who did not plan and just joined mass comm course but got puzzled wht to do after doing this course. After doing this course there is no gurantee you will be accomodated in media industry. First you answer few questions: Is your oral and written communication good? can you write 3-4 paragaphs on any given topic? Do you have passion or belly fire to join media industry? As you are a B.Com graduate I would request you to think about this decision again as both the fields are totally different from each other and belong to totally different domains.
Few good colleges like IIMC, XIC, MICA etc. conduct their own entrance exams so i cannot assure the exact pattern but i can provide you all that you need to prepare. So starting with media i would suggest you to go through the newspapers everyday and make a note of all the good articles or important news that you come across.
