There are a lot of courses in M.Tech, which you can pursue after completing your B.Tech in ECE like:
    1. M.Tech in robotics engineering.
    2. M.Tech in computer science engineering.
    3. M.Tech in health safety and environment engineering.
    4. M.Tech in aerospace engineering.
    5. M.Tech in nuclear science and technology.
    6. M.Tech in renewable energy engineering.
All these specializations will only be available in the top colleges and it only makes sense to do it from there as it will fetch you good jobs. Try enrolling in:
    1. IITs
    2. NITs
    3. Thappar University – Patiala.
    4. UPES – Dehradun.
