7 years agoB.Plan (Bachelors in planning) or B.Arch (Bachelors in architecture), construction and project management are the streams you may choose if you qualify GATE for architecture and planning. -
If you are concerned about the package, then go for M.Des in IIT-Kanpur. Microsoft offered someone INR. 20 lacs this year. Other e-commerce companies are there too offering good package. IIT-Delhi and Bombay has M.Des too, but you need to crack CEED exam for that. Now, coming to core courses, IIT KGP has Masters in City planning programme, top choice for many if they want to study planning in India. One of the best in the country (I'm telling this keeping in mind SPA & CEPT). I personally know so many with ranks below 30 and even in single digit. Now if you want to study construction management then you have IIT Delhi and IIT Chennai....more

No, a duplicate GATE 2026 admit card will not be provided at the test center. Candidates must carry their own admit card along with the mentioned documents and items to the GATE exam center. IIT Guwahati will release the GATE admit card on January 2.
Candidates will get only one scribble pad at a time. They must write their name and registration number before using it. If the rough sheet gets filled, then they can ask for another one scribble pad after returning the previous one to the invigilator. After the exam concludes, candidates must return the scribble pad to the invigilator.
