The fees for BTech at IIT Hyderabad can change depending on different categories and years.

The total semester fee for BTech was INR 1,45,190 for General/EWS/OBC students
While it was INR 45,190 for SC/ST/PH students.
The Foreign Nationals semester-wise fees were INR 3,45,190.
