IIIT Una offers a four-year full-time BTech programme across three specialisations.
- BTech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
- BTech in Information Technology (IT)
- BTech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
Candidates willing to take admission to the BTech programme at IIIT Una must have passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Maths with a minimum of 75% aggregate. Also, candidates must have valid JEE-Main ranks based on which they can apply for the common counselling process through JoSAA and CSAB.
