what are the career and scope after doing web designing course???

I am a student of b.com 1st year. should i opt for this course? pls tell about its scope in future?Or if you have any other courses pls tell about it also. because i came to know that it is more opportunity full for the maths streme and not commerce? HOPE FOR THE EARLY RESPONSE PLS.......
