What are the career chances in computer animation field?

The career growth in animation is rising and someone can have a good career with animation but as I always say as long as you are creative then it's a good choice to build up a career on this otherwise you will be counted as an average resource.
A monthly salary as much as Rs.30,000 to Rs.40,000.
