    Agile and agile methodologies like SCRUM have gained a lot of importance in the last few years due to the iterative nature of the process and the optimization of effort. Career and job prospects of agile coaches, agile trainers and project managers are great depending on your education background and the years of experience. The large MNCs have started to adopt agile instead of the traditional waterfall approach. It is going great guns in the IT/ITeS sector, where tremendous benefits of agile have been seen.
