IOS is one of the best platforms to work on. It depends on the audience you will be targeting.Your road to success in developing high-quality apps is a good one.
Programming is an art and you need to be perfect at it. The more you will be spending time on improving programming skills and communication skills, the higher package you will receive.
Since you do not have a computer science background, I suggest you learn that since data structures and algorithms are always required for a job and internship irrespective of the platform you are working on.
