Hello! The career growth of Project Management is increasing with every passing day. Because its that type of management which is needed at all department and in almost all the companies. After learning about project management, you can work under different names viz, assistant project manager, business change manager, junior/senior project manager, project coordinator, project officer, etc. but the required set of skills are same. As a project manager, your responsibilities are to coordinate the work of your project teammates and delegate tasks where appropriate. You have to submit your monthly/quarterly report to the top management. From salary aspects, the salary is also handsome which varies from 35,000/- to 45,000/- depending on your post, qualifications, company, etc. It is recommended that you should have to do your post graduation from this specialization (preferred institution is IIM-B). The best combination is B.Tech IT + MBA Project Management. In some sectors, such as IT and engineering, your subject knowledge will be more important than a business or project management degree.
