What are the career opions after MBA in HR/IT?
I am a Bcom graduate. I am about to complete MBA with HR/IT as my specialization in coming june 2011. My query is i do have experience of 3 years of being a Marketing Executive. But as i never really was interested in Marketing, So i went with HR/IT (HR as major and IT). What are my options. Plz hlp

Hi Naresh, as you said you have 3yrs of Marketing experience. But you are not interested in Marketing sector. Now days Marketing jobs are highly paid jobs. but if you don't want to do your career in marketing then you can go for HR specialization. Here you have to compromise with your payment, but y

You have not mentioned the institute from where you are pursuing your MBA Program. You have also changed your line, which is not in tune, with your experience. You should be knowing yourself better, than anyone else. You have spent close to three years in marketing, which does not really go, with wh

One should always plan and excel in the career that we enjoy. Use your experience in Marketing (the networks you built while dealing with clients)and pursue the career in HR. All the best.
