After completing B.Sc in IT, you can seek jobs through your college by campus recruitment or by giving interviews in various firms. As a graduate in the field of IT, which happens to be a great spectrum, you can work as the system analyst, database administrator, web programmer or you can even in a BPO i.e call center. The salary depends on the marks during graduation as well as the aptitude of the person, but the salary will be between 1,00,000 to 3,80,000 lakh rupees which happen to be pretty good as a starting salary for a non-experienced IT grad

Bachelor of Science in IT itself is not recommended. Don't expect great things merely from Bachelor of Science course. This is a very basic course and would not offer any good job. The career prospect is slightly dim only with a Bachelor of Science. In the private sector, I would say that you can apply for a job in BPO with this qualification. Most of the IT companies would not offer a job with a graduation degree unless it is B.Tech. There can be a good scope in the government sector. You can appear for Civil Service Examination or the IBPS (Bank PO). Both require candidates with graduation in any stream and percentage is not an issue
