What are the career opportunities after B tech?

What are the career opportunities after B tech? I am planning to seek admission for MBA or M tech from JRE group of institute, which will be a better option and what's next after that?

MBA is best because you will earn knowledge other than this technical course. And even companies will give first Preference to you.
