You just choose electronics and communication in B.Tech and graduate from this branch. It will give you lots of exposers to show your talent.

You can do all the courses like commerce, engineering, Science courses and all excepting the courses related to medical field like MBBS BDS etc. I say you that the best course for a PCM candidate is 1.
