what are the career options after B.tech in this field only??

what can i do after B.tech without going out of league and please tell me something except M.tech?

If you are E&C then Embedded VLSI certification courses offered by NIELIT(formerly DOEACC) and CDAC might suit you. For those from Instrumentation stream PLC,SCADA and related courses are offered by NIELIT through its various centres. It depends on which branch you have chosen in Engineering.
