There are lots of career options after BA. It's all depend on your interest. You can prepare for exams like UPSC, NET, JRF and public service Commission exams (IPS, IAS). You can pursue MBA, B.Ed, Diploma courses (Data entry, AI, ML, DIGITAL MARKETING)
