    There are following major options available for you after becoming an engineer:
    (a) Job: BE is sufficient qualification to start your career. Your first option to get a job is through campus placement. It is challenging to get a job if you do not get recruited by any firm in the campus placement. If you do not get selected in the campus interview then you can look for jobs through job portals, application against advertisement, job consultants, referral from friends and relatives, etc. You can appear for GATE exam to seek a job in public sector organisation.
