What are the career options after completing 12th with commerce? Which is a better option among BBA and B.Com?

B.Com gives you a major option is selecting your specialisation and not restricted to one particular specialisation so would suggest B.Com target than BBA. -
I think you must go through the BBA, because B.Com course loose the scope because of unemployment, so you must go through with BBA.

After completing B.Com, there is a fair chance of getting good job opportunities but if you are focussed towards pursuing MBA, there is no harm in pursuing BBA. -

It depends on your interest. If you want to pursue MBA, then BBA is a better option for you. -
Both has the equal importance. But if you do Masters after your Bachelor's degree, then you can have more scope and job opportunities. All the best -
