What are the career options after completing a course in media and communication

sir,I did my b.tech got second class only ,I want to have career in management in Media and Communication .please suggest me colleges or universities.Are there oppurtunities regarding this career?what are the exams do I need to take?

Since you got lower marks in your B.Tech I would advice you to go for MBA with specialization in the field which interests you more and begin your career.
