After completing B.Tech you can get any decent job as per your ability in private sector and you can give GATE exam. If you get a good score in the same then you can get M.Tech in IITs.
After being a PG you can get jobs with above 13 LPA. Also, based on your GATE rank many PSUs can hire you with good packages. There are lots of opportunities.

When we talk about B.Tech, your way to career opens for the decent job or If you want you can also go for GATE exam for PSU jobs. Be very careful with the specialisation as your interest is also very important. Now it is highly depending on from where you pursue it. Some universities just give you degree but some gives you proper guidance and grooming, renowned universities like Lovely Professional University, Birla Institute of technology, KIIT University, etc.
  • After completing B.Tech, you can go for M.Tech or MBA or you can do a job.

If you are interested to study more in this field, then you can go for higher studies. You have the option to purse M.Tech after B.Tech. Master of Technology (M.Tech) is the advancement in this field through which you are particularly specialised in one area. Some candidates also choose MBA after B.Tech. One can also opt teaching field and become professor after M.Tech. Candidates can also pursue higher studies along with job. After M.Tech, one can also enter in research field by pursuing Doctor of Philosophy Ph.D. in related discipline. If you have the capability to open your company then you can go for it and became an entrepreneur.

If you are not satisfied by the package you always have the option of higher studies if you want. Pursue your further education from IIT. And fetch a better position.

One boy got placed in TCS in Mumbai with a package even not sufficient enough to meet his daily expenses. He worked hard on his coding skills and got into Microsoft USA after Two years of experience. Start working hard from now also. If you can wish, then you can study also but that will take hard to crack exam. Moreover, you can do some freelancing other than your job until you get into good position.

Hi, it totally depends on your interest, like if you want to go find a job or higher studies. It also depends on from which field you have done your B.Tech, so that I can suggest you some companies to approach.
