It is quite true that the chances to get a good job to a fresher is quite low as compared to the ones who have some experience in the same field. But this would not mean that the freshers for a particular field cannot not get a job its just that you need to be more determined and well pe

Well dear if you want to explore your career in DBA, then its good but freshers find very hard to manage job, because even a small recruter asks candidate with 2+ experiance.
