What are the career options after doing B.Sc?

    Hi Poonam,
    The question should be more like what do you want to do? B.Tech and B.Sc are the degrees, they are the means to achieve a goal. In fact, you can always do engineering after B.Sc. As well. IISC offers professional degrees after B.Sc. (M.Tech). First, you need to figure out would you really want to be an engineer. I would say B.Sc. Is a more versatile degree as it allows you test the waters (liking the subject) and then decide on a Masters based on interestI think a common misconception is B.Tech (engineering) which is better than B.Sc.     I think as you have already taken admission in B.Sc. Continue your B.Sc as only 2 years are remaining now and if you take admission in B.Tech right now you need 4 years to complete it. As you will save 2 years in your academic career by not choosing a B.Tech and can go for PG programs like MBA and all.
