    Hi,
    The job prospect and the pay scale of M.Com holders will be good in the government sector organisations. In most of the government organizations, the entry level remuneration comes in the range of about Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- per month. In central government companies as compared with state government undertakings, candidates may earn good salary. One can also get grade promotions while in the job and consequently a hike in salary.
