What are the career options available after completing BBA in the management field?

I am currently in my third year of BBA and wish to pursue a career in HR PR or something similar to it. I don't like finance, accounts or numbers that much, but I seem to like jobs where I can talk and communicate. I seem to have great convincing skills.
