What are the career options available for after 12th? How to choose the same?

Currently I am pursuing 12th. My parents wish me to pursue Mass communication but I am interested in marketing and human resource management. I am also a good singer and sometimes indulge in literary activities in Malayalam, Tamil , English and Sanskrit.
