Most problems related to career can be solved by self-analysis. You know your strong and weak points. Try to rectify your minus points. Then, your career will go on smoothly.

It is already 7 years of graduation. you may be working somewhere. With your experience you may now choose some Management Course or Project management course to jack up your career prospects.
