What are the career options available for me?

I have 102 in mains and 95 % in pcm.

Since your marks in JEE mains are low, you won't be able to secure a seat in NIT OR IIIT's. However, you can get seat in private engineering colleges. Since you have good score in PCM, you can also get scholarships that are provided by colleges itself.
