What are the career options available for me?

I have completed my 12th science . from SRTM university that is of Nanded Maharashtra. i have scored 81% in 10. and 60% in 12th. now i have taken admission in pune universtiy for engg. ie 2014 batch . bt i failed two times. i want to go in other field in which i cn get more success n more scope .

Dear friend. first find out the reason of fail.eg. medium hindi or english is the problem. (in 10 th you hv scored 81% then with science you got 60 % it may be reason you have choosen the wrong stream.) pls makes the comprative study of the subject with respect to marks in 10th then 12 th then b tec
