What are the career options available in science with maths field?

8 years agoScience and maths students can make a career in the fields of engineering, designing, research and agriculture. There are many other careers where engineers are serving like politics and sports. Most of the science students take PCM in 11th and 12th and go for engineering and then either go for M.Tech or MBA, some go for job and a few either move in rare fields like media, sports, politics or other not so common fields. It is the individual's interest over the years after 10th that takes him/her to a career where he/she excels. -
For science group, there are numerous options to pursue. Depending on the interest, one could pursue professional courses or pure science/ mathematics options.
Under professional courses:
1. There are the traditional options - Engineering (B.Tech, BE) for PCM, Medicine (MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS or BUMS).
2. One could go for new age options: Biotechnology or Design. Bachelors in Design has myriad options such as textile design, fashion design, industrial design, etc.
These courses would typically lead to employment options in operational roles in the private sector.
