What are the career options for a fashion design student?

Being a design student it has been my prime concern to decide my aim but due to lack of awareness and knowledge I am unable to come up to any decision.

    Garment export houses as designers or merchandisers.
    Buying houses - as merchandisers.
    Domestic retail Fashion brands - as designers and merchandisers.
    Start your own brand and label and make a name for yourself then work in movies or open up your own store.
