What are the career options for a grdauate in Commerce with work experience of 3-4 years as a walk-in desk incharge ?
I have completed my graduation in commerce & I need guidance for further career options. Total work exp - 3.4 yrs as walk-in desk Incharge.

Hi Sonal,
As you have mentioned you work experience as Walk in Desk in charge, i am assuming that you are somebody taking the initial round of interview and as per the same i would suggest you to take up MBA in Hr and then you can apply for the senior level positions.
