What are the career options for an IT professional with 14 years of experience, not interested in becoming project manager/management?

I have 14 years of IT experience and still working as a senior developer in private IT company. I am satisfied with the salary but not with the work. I am not confident in project management.

You have rich IT experience. You may use your experience and become a Business Analyst. You may go for IIBA certification to become BA. You can also seek opportunities in Pre-Sales support or Account Management within your company.
