What are the career options in B.Sc (IT). In which field are the career options available?

After having done B.Sc. -IT that is Bachelor of Science in the field of Information Technology you have many options to build your career. 1. Job:- After completing B.Sc. IT, you can seek jobs through your college by campus recruitment or by seeking for a job by yourself. As graduate in the field of IT which happens to be of a great spectrum, you can get a job in various IT organisations as a System Analyst, Database Administrator, Web Programmer, Application Programmer, Web Designer, stc. or even in a BPO I. e call center. The salaries depend on the marks during graduation as well as the aptitude of the student but, the salary will be between 1,00,000 to 3,80,000 which happens to be pretty good as a starting salary for a non-experienced IT graduate. 2. Higher Studies:- Here 3 different routes are available like Post Graduation, Management and Studies abroad. I. Post Graduation (M.Sc. -IT/ MCA) In Post graduation, a B.Sc. IT graduate can do a M.Sc in the same field or a MCA. Now, Job-wise M.Sc is preferred by people who want to go into the research or the teaching field. MCA is for people who want to become programmers and all those high paying jobs. The MCA is a 3 year course while the M.Sc is a 2 year course. II. Master of Business Administration MBA Now, One can do a MBA even after Post graduate degree but doing it right after your Bachelors will give you a great edge and catapult you to a high paying job of a manager much Faster. To do MBA in India the student have to appear for the exams like CAT, MH-CET, CMAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT, etc.

For B.Sc. IT, you need to go for best possible option to study that will lead to the best career. Career in IT support either backed or call center are their. The colleges St. Xaviers College, Ranchi, GIIT Professional College, Jamshedpur, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar where in you can get the admissions.
